Weather pin alerts call people whose shift blocks cover the current time (timezone on the schedule). Drag members onto the week calendar, resize blocks, or right-click to split. Drop the same person again to add another block.

Week schedule

Drag a member onto a day/time. Stretch with the top/bottom handles. Right-click a block → Split or Delete. Drag the same member onto another slot to create a second block (split coverage).
